We also found out that to be the world’s richest person, you could have earned ALL YOUR MONEY – Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, George Soros, and a big part of the Forbes list are not / were not kings, queens, sultans, but self made rich people.

Taking off from the first discovery, you also found that YOU are:

Your thoughts lead you to action. Action becomes habit. Habit becomes nature and YOU are what you think. Books have been written about this, and Napolean Hill is of course the best. If you want to go to another great thinker also read Swami Vivekananda’s books, they too say absolutely similar things, and can add a lot of value to your life. The book does not know your age, just read it. 7 to 70 I guess everybody can benefit.

You are what you eat: 99% of all illnesses are caused by food. Too much, too hot, too cold, too long a gap, too less,…..most people make dreadful choice of foods. If you are attending a wedding, it does not make too much sense to eat heavily BY CHOICE one day before the wedding, right? If you have a lot of savories, skip a meal. If you are eating too much at a party, skip a meal. Or even better got and eat 3 idlis in a buffet dinner. That will ensure that you cannot eat much after that simple repast!! If you choose to eat prawns one day before a test match, you may not be able to play the match, right? This is what happened to a visiting foreign team when they came to play a test match here.

You are what you invest: if savings bank account, nsc, Lic are the only things that you are comfortable with, God bless you. It is still smarter than losing money in some stupid share which you did not understand at all….and now you are averaging….
