Beware of the scorn of a simple man.

It is in a crisis that India’s democracy reacts and only for the second time in Independent India’s History are the honourable men & women in parliament out to launch impeachment proceedings against a sitting judge of a High Court who is facing corruption charges.

It could act as a precursor to weeding out the corrupt and criminal elements from public space.

i get my news from independent blogs .no newschannel is worth watching to be honest. for international news i actually prefer al jazeera and Russia today ! what a shocker,but it is true .

I just change the channel when ever Digvijay Singh,Manish Tiwari and Kapil Sibal speak. I just can not accept what they speak and also the tone in which they speak.

I really feel ashamed when i have to say we are ruled by this people.

I think India is the only democratic (so called)country in the world which is ruled by a single family(directly/indirectly)for so long time.

Most part of the blog is rebutting another author’s article against Anna Hazare. That is not what I am interested in.
However towards the end a classification is made regarding type of corruption.
Type 1: People like us forced to pay bribe for government tasks. Type 2: Massive looting of national resources.
The author (vidyut) seems to be saying that JanLokPal is targeted towards Type2 corruption.

My point is not whether the Jan LokPal is the right one. My point is the people who oppose this, especially the media, invariably belong to the establishment and have the most to lose. Take NDTV and barkha Dutt. Till the Radia tapes it was seen as a holy cow , though I never trusted their leftist propaganda.Once Radia tapes were out the true bias of the leftist media was out. I would like ALL media to put in Bold Capitals their political view before each article so the average reader can filter the bias and take what is left. I suspect nothing much will be. Hence my point on Business Standard and Sanjay Barua. ALL BS articles on telecom are anti-Tata. Clearly Sunil Sethi/Jain(forget which Sunil) is in the pay of Bharti/Vodafone/Idea (who incidentally share infra costs on common towers).
Similarly Nitin Pai is representative of anti Anna bias, disguised as ‘objective’ criticism. These are people who have a cosy relationship with establishment (ruling party/opposition/bureaucrat).
As many people have commented, if the English Media says something , the truth is invariably 180 degrees away.
