Unless it hurts the leaders…they do not feel the pain. If they do not feel the pain they cannot deliver good solutions. In the financial services industry…the leaders are not feeling the pain of mis-selling, of other mistakes…and it is difficult to give good leadership to people…

  2. Excellent Article. Mom and Daughter scenario is the one me and my wife goes through. We don’t feel the pain our daughter is trying to go through of learning rather look for immediate results.
